Wait and see. Purchase experience pretty decent

Posted by Unknown on Nov 27th 2016

This is a product that really can't be reviewed this quickly(overall). Purchasing the product was quite easy online(depending on which website you went to -Shelter logic website wasn't friendly to an Apple computer-Shelters of New England was). I picked up the shelter which was quite easy. Friendly person at front desk-contacted warehouse who didn't get back but was eventually sent back to the pickup area. Directions given to pick up area were less than Ideal(have to qualify this with the fact that front office contact person was not feeling all that well the day I came). To get to pick up area need to go past all the semi trailers(the day I went I had to squeak through some at the far end) and go around to the far end. When I got there there were 2 very friendly/helpful employees who helped me load my car and trailer. Set up went fine( few issues with putting cover on and making sure of squareness :-). Will now have to see how it last through a Maine winter as they don't guarantee some aspects.
